No way! We custom build our patios and outdoor areas to give you a unique area that compliments your home.

Q2. Am I under any obligation in receiving a free quote?

Not at all. It is part of our service to come to you to complete a custom design and provide a free quote.

Q3. If I go ahead with the quote how much will I need to pay upfront?

In most situations the deposit is 10% of the contract price. The remaining amount is paid according to a progress payment schedule.

Q4. What can we do for the customer, and are we doing that effectively?

We can come to their home to custom design and quote on what they require. We offer fast turnaround on quotes and very competitive pricing. We can transform the exterior of their home and provide additions that will enhance their lifestyle. Q5. Will you travel?

Absolutely! We are based in Toowoomba but we service all of South East Queensland.

Q6. Do you offer warranty?

Yes! All work that our team completes has a workmanship guarantee and we also provide the manufacturers warranties on all material we use.

Q7. Do you take care of council permits?

Yes. We work with private certifiers to obtain all approvals and arrange inspections.
